Rock'n'Roll Marathon & Half Marathon Pace Team

Need some extra support in your goal to finish the Rock'n'Roll Marathon and Half Marathon? Are you looking to run a personal best? We Run SA Pacers will help you meet your performance goals.

To join the We Run SA Pacers, you must register at the Pacer booth at the Health & Fitness Expo. The Pacers will be at the expo to talk about pace strategy, how to locate your group at the start line and to answer general questions.

Once you sign up, you will receive a bib number to wear on your back during the race that will indicate your pace group (e.g. 3:45). There is no cost to participate.

 

Half: 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45, 3:00
Full: 3:25, 3:30*, 3:40*, 3:55*, 4:00*, 4:10*, 4:25*, 4:40*, 5:00, 5:25
